Luth Research’s vSavvy™ quality promise allows you piece of mind when conducting online research. vSavvy™ standards are applied at every step of respondent engagement for the lifetime of respondent membership. vSavvy™ covers registration, maintenance, survey taking, payment administration, data checking and blending of multiple samples which combined together, give the best possible chance of eliminating bad data.

By design, SurveySavvy™ was developed with integrated quality management controls. SurveySavvy™ pays respondents by check, requiring a valid name and mailing address which are verified by a third party for all panel members. Additionally, tracking of referral networks allows Luth Research to easily identify clusters of gamers and cheaters.

DYNAMIC QUALITY CHECKS

In addition to the built in standards and design of SurveySavvy™, the Luth team applies dynamic quality checks at all stages of the panelist’s membership, resulting in a multi-check system. The quality control processes are designed to minimize the chance of bad survey respondents accessing the system and/or providing fraudulent survey responses. This results not only in quality data output, but also reduces the costs of over sampling or re-fielding studies. Luth Research guarantees the quality of data and will replace any invalid completes at no cost to the client.
